Your safety matters. This Safety Policy explains how Vibeark helps keep you safe and, importantly, what you must do to protect yourself when chatting with strangers. It is part of our Terms of Use and works with the Community Guidelines, Content Policy, and User Reporting & Moderation Policy.

6.1 We may investigate reports and take action, including removing content and suspending accounts.

6.2 We may cooperate with law enforcement and, in emergencies involving a risk of death or serious physical harm, disclose information to authorities where permitted by law. See the Law Enforcement Request Policy.

6.3 We may preserve evidence where required by law or necessary to protect users.


7. If You're in Crisis

The Vibeark AI Companion and other users are not emergency services or mental-health professionals.


8. Responsible Disclosure (Security)

Found a security bug? Report it to vibearkin@gmail.com and give us reasonable time to fix it. Do not access other users' data or disrupt the Service. We appreciate good-faith reports.
