Vibeark — Content Policy

Effective date: 20 July 2026

Website: https://vibeark.co.in

This Content Policy defines what content is and isn't allowed on Vibeark. It is part of our Terms of Use and works with the Community Guidelines, Prohibited Activities, and Safety Policy. "Content" means anything you send, post, or display, including messages, profile details, usernames, avatars, and bios.

1. Your Responsibility for Content

1.1 You own your content, and you are solely responsible for it (see Section 6 of the Terms of Use).

1.2 You grant Vibeark a limited licence to host and transmit your content to operate the Service.

1.3 Vibeark is not responsible for user-generated content and does not endorse it. We act as an intermediary.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited. This list is not exhaustive; see also Prohibited Activities.

2.1 Child safety — zero tolerance

2.2 Harassment and hate

2.3 Violence and dangerous acts

2.4 Sexual exploitation and non-consensual content

Sexually explicit content and nudity are not permitted on Vibeark, including pornographic text or images, and sexual solicitation, even between consenting adults. This keeps the Service safer and helps us meet app-store and payment-provider requirements. (Vibeark may revise this rule as a product decision; if changed, update this section and the Prohibited Activities accordingly.)

2.5 Illegal goods and activity

2.6 Deception and harmful software

2.7 Privacy violations

2.8 Spam and platform abuse

2.9 Intellectual property

3. Profiles, Usernames, and Avatars

Your display name, username, avatar emoji, and bio must also follow this Policy. We may reclaim or require changes to usernames that impersonate, infringe, mislead, or violate our rules (see Section 2 of the Terms of Use).

4. Enforcement

4.1 Right to remove. We may remove or restrict any content, at our discretion, without prior notice, where we reasonably believe it violates this Policy or the law.

4.2 Right to preserve. We may retain and preserve content and related records where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or protect our legal rights (see Section 6 of the Terms of Use and the Law Enforcement Request Policy).

4.3 Consequences. Violations may lead to warnings, feature limits, suspension, permanent bans, and referral to authorities, under the User Reporting & Moderation Policy.

5. Reporting Content

If you see content that violates this Policy, use the in-app report feature or contact vibearkin@gmail.com. For unlawful content, we act under the timelines in the User Reporting & Moderation Policy.
