Vibeark — Community Guidelines

Vibeark is a place to have real, anonymous conversations — with other people or with our AI Companion. These Community Guidelines keep it safe and welcoming. They are part of our Terms of Use and work together with the Content Policy, Safety Policy, Platform Rules, and Prohibited Activities.

Breaking these guidelines can lead to content removal, warnings, feature limits, suspension, or a permanent ban under the User Reporting & Moderation Policy.

1. The Basics

Be 18 or older. Vibeark is adults-only.
Be respectful. Treat others the way you'd want to be treated.
Be honest about what you share — and remember others may not be.
Protect your privacy and everyone else's.
Report anything that feels unsafe or wrong.

2. Treat People With Respect

Do:

Keep conversations civil, even in disagreement.
Respect when someone doesn't want to continue a conversation.
Use the block feature if someone bothers you.

Don't:

Harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, or stalk anyone.
Use hate speech or attack people based on religion, caste, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
Pressure anyone into sharing personal information, images, or meeting offline.

3. Keep It Legal and Safe

Do not use Vibeark to share, promote, or arrange anything illegal, including:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance, reported to authorities;
Violence, threats, terrorism, or self-harm promotion;
Drugs, weapons, human trafficking, or other trafficking;
Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn") or content that violates someone's privacy.

4. No Scams, Spam, or Manipulation

No scams, fraud, phishing, romance scams, or financial schemes.
No spam, unsolicited advertising, or self-promotion.
No bots, automation, mass messaging, or scraping.
No impersonating other people, brands, or Vibeark staff.

5. Respect Privacy

Don't share other people's private information (doxxing).
Don't record, screenshot, and publish someone's chats to harass or expose them.
Don't post other people's images without their consent.

6. Remember: You're Talking to Strangers (or an AI)

Identities are not verified. You can't be sure of anyone's age, gender, location, profession, or honesty.
Some conversations are with our AI Companion, which is clearly labelled and is software, not a person. See the AI Chat Companion Policy.
Meeting offline is entirely at your own risk. Read the Safety Policy first.

7. If Someone Breaks the Rules

Block them to stop contact.
Report them so our moderators can review.

We review reports and take action at our discretion. See the User Reporting & Moderation Policy.

8. Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, we may: remove content, issue a warning, limit features, suspend the account (sometimes immediately and without notice), or permanently ban it. Serious violations are referred to law enforcement.
